Health Matters for You

Talks:  an outline of topics covered

A series of talks and discussions on ‘Family Health, Wellbeing and Resilience’

From my years of practice it has become evident that many of the symptoms, stresses and illnesses that patients come with are preventable or could be alleviated if only they had known what action to take at an early stage. I therefore offer a wide range of talks on ‘Family Health, Wellbeing and Resilience’.  Each session includes time for questions and answers so that the specific interests and needs of those attending can be met. If you would like me to provide a talk please contact me by phone, text or email.

I also provide programmes of two-hour talks, on Mondays and Wednesdays.  The cost of attendance at a talk is £10

If you are interested in me providing talks on any of the following topics or wish to attend any of the talks on Mondays or Wednesdays, please contact me by email brianeisbell@gmail.com or by text/call on 07891 095648.  Please ensure you provide your contact details and specify which of the talks you are interested in.
